TLP developed the Actions + Tactics Goal Planner to help Founder CEOs (or anyone feeling stuck or overwhelmed)—to stop making excuses and start executing.
Straightforward and easy to put into practice, this tool poses simple questions to help you think of the angles and approaches for the best possible outcomes.
What it does
The Actions and Tactics Goal Planner (available for free here) helps you get your goals in writing by identifying the driving forces, who can help, what’s holding you back, and how to get motivated for success.
How to put the Goal Planner to work
Start by setting aside anywhere from a few minutes to half an hour to devote to focusing on your goal and desired outcomes. The idea here is to make it clear and actionable so that you (and your team, if applicable) can get on board with ease and excitement.
Name it. Identify your overarching goal and the driving forces behind it. Think of anyone who might be able to help you achieve it and anything that might make it more challenging.
Break it down. Turn your big idea into manageable tasks. Assign intervals and dates to hold you accountable.
Figure out your support system. What actions and routines will keep you motivated? How will you celebrate success when you reach it?
Reimagine your status quo. Visualize what your life will look like 90 days from now when you’ve completed your goal—get yourself pumped for positive change.
