In his book, Meditations, Marcus Aurelius declares that leaders are made and not born. It took Marcus 23 years to develop this emperor-level leadership. Jim Collins also documented this in his research of good to great companies. Additionally, an incredible body of peer-reviewed, published studies has validated this sentiment.
